- The goods are taken and shipped as they are. The company does not make any changes.
- All goods and money are insured during the transit period.
- The customer has up to 5 days for inspection, after which they must accept or reject the goods.
- If the package does not meet the supplier's description or has hidden damages, and no agreement is reached, the customer is fully refunded by MK LOGISTICS, and the package is returned at the supplier's expense.
- If the final price is lower than the deposit, the difference is refunded. If the deposit is partial, the remaining balance must be paid within 2 working days.
- Once the package is accepted and the contract signed, ownership transfers to the customer. If the package is not accepted, the contract is void, and the package remains the supplier's property.
- MK LOGISTICS has a maximum of 9 working days to deliver the package after the deposit is made.
